FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) was enacted in 2010 as part of the Hiring Incentives to Restore Employment (HIRE) Act and takes effect on July 1, 2014.

FATCA presents many challenges to Asian businesses, during this webcast we will cover:
- What is an Inter-Governmental Agreement?
- What are the main differences between Model 1 and Model 2 of the agreements?
- Latest legislative developments (IGAs)
- FATCA Compliance Implementation
